Refund & Cancellation Policy – VUE Beauté

At VUE Beauté, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our refund and cancellation policy before booking your session.

Deposits

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• This deposit goes toward your final balance and guarantees your booking.

• If you cancel or no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your session without penalty.

• Rescheduling within less than 48 hours may result in loss of your deposit.

• No-shows will be charged the full session amount.

Refunds

• All services are non-refundable once rendered.

• If you are dissatisfied with your service, please communicate this before leaving the appointment so we can do our best to address it in real time.

Tardiness

• Please arrive on time. Clients more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and deposit or be charged an extra $15 for every 15 minutes.

• Out of respect for other bookings, we may not be able to extend your session time.
