Terms and Conditions – VUE Beauté

By accessing or booking services through VUE Beauté, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

VUE Beauté provides professional makeup artistry services for various occasions, including but not limited to bridal, prom, photoshoots, and special events. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • The remaining $25 must be paid in full prior to or at the time of service.

  • Bookings are not considered confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the quoted rate.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • No-shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will be charged the full session amount.

  • No refunds are issued for completed services.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time and with a clean face (free of makeup/skincare products unless instructed).

  • Notify us of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or conditions prior to application.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and deposit or be charged $15 for every 15 minutes.

5. Health & Safety

  • VUE Beauté follows industry hygiene standards.

  • Brushes, tools, and products are sanitized between each use.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if any skin condition or health concern poses a risk to the client or artist.

6. Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, logos, and content on this site and our social media pages are property of VUE Beauté and may not be copied or used without written permission.

7. Liability

VUE Beauté is not liable for any allergic reactions or complications that may arise from products used during services. Clients must disclose any relevant medical information before the appointment.

8. Changes to Terms

VUE Beauté reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically for any changes.
